Silicone Multicore Cable is resistant to UV and ozone, has a low specific weight therefore important in aerospace and shipbuilding industries. Silicone Multicore Cable is durable to a variety of chemicals and oils even at elevated temperatures, outperforming other elastomers. SIlicon coated Silicone Multicore Cable are widely used as battery wires, led lighting, and everywhere where wire stay in constant movement. Silicone Multicore Cable are lighter and more flexible than PVC coated wires. Our Silicone Multicore Cable retain their properties of temperatures ranging from -60°C to 250°C.
Bhuwal Insulation Cable Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Silicone Multicore Cable including 6 Awg Wire Silicone, Silicone fg Cable , Silicone Fiberglass Cable, Fg Cable, Sili Cable, ISO Approved Silicone Cable , ISO Approved Silicone Wire, 11kv Silicone Cable, 3.3kv Silicone Cable, 1.1kv Silicone Cable, 6.6kv Silicone Cable, High Temperature Silicone Cable, Silicone Multicore Cable, Silicone Single Core Cable, Silicone Insulated Cable , Silicone Insulated Power Cable, Silicon Cable, Silicon Rubber Cables, Silicone Wire.
These are silicone multicore cables for use at the areas where extreme temperature changes. Silicone cables are halogen – free cables and are especially suited for installation in power stations. They have also found their use in the steel producing industries, aviation industry, ship building as well as in ceramic, glass and cement factories. Due to elastical characteristic of core insulation, these are used as flexible connection cable.

Silicone Multicore Cable are characterized by their high temperature resistance up to + 250°C combined with permanent flexibility. Due to the reticulated molekular structure keep their original form even with temperature influence. Multi Core Silicone Cables are halogen-free. Futhermore, it is the only material on silicium basis treated by us with which the maintenance of function in case of fire can be reached. High Temperature Multicore Silicone Cable are for example used in steel works, rolling mills and foundries for the internal wiring of lamps or in glass and ceramic treatment.
Types of Silicon Cables
Our Silicone Multicore Cable retain their properties of temperatures ranging from -60°C to 250°C.
Our Silicone Multicore Cable have high dielectric strengths, high resistance to dielectric fatigue with low dielectric constants combined with low dissipation factors. These properties combined with excellent moisture resistance ensure long term reliability even when operating under moist and corrosive conditions.
Our Multicore silicone rubber insulated cable have excellent resistance to ozone, UV light, radiation, arcing and corona discharge, and will remain relatively unaffected even after long term exposure to extreme weathering conditions.
The low specific gravity of many silicone rubbers, ensures that a Flexible silicone rubber cable multicore cable is lighter than its equivalent plastic or rubber cable.
Silicone Multicore Cable will not support fungal or bacterial growth and are for this reason, ideally suited to food and medical applications.
Silicone Multicore Cable do not readily support burning. Specially formulated compounds have been developed to further improve the flame retardant characteristics of our cables ensuring they will meet all recognised vital flame tests.
Capable of working through and after intense fire. The silicone will ultimately decompose to a brittle Silica ash which has excellent dielectric characteristics in its own right. Containment of the brittle ash by use of a glass braid sheath for example will ensure continued performance of the cable even under such extreme conditions. The Multi Core Silicone Cables would need to be replaced following such an extreme event for safety and performance reasons.
Such Silicone Multicore Cable are suitable for laying indoors and in the electrical cabinets, however, the cables can’t bear larger external mechanical forces. Silicone Multicore Cable is used for the signal transmission, controlling and measuring system of the electric apparatus.
